Texas Lutheran University invites applications for the position of Office Coordinator/Secretary to the Registrar. This position will be responsible for organization of the office, establishing and maintaining the academic record of students, supervising student workers, and prioritizing the office workload; establish and maintain official academic records of all Texas Lutheran University students, ensuring accuracy and security of all hard-copy records to include record updates, notification to students and faculty of changes, and physical entering of information onto records and in computer; help students with the registration process including use of the online registration system; serve as secretary to the Registrar; order diplomas, create diploma packets, and close out graduates in the computer; enter all transfer course work into Jenzabar EX, the student information system.
Position requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus additional training in one or more specific areas such as computer operations, secretarial, and etc.
- Three to five years of experience
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to deal with large numbers of faculty and students in high-pressure situations

This is a temp position and applicant hours must be flexible.
PTAN (Part time as needed) Communications Specialist/Dispatcher for evenings, weekends and overnights (12 midnight to 8 am). Applicant would route incoming calls and information to the public, in a typical office setting. Applicant must be computer knowledgeable and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must be able to handle stressful situations.
