At Texas Lutheran University, the parents, grandparents, and families of our students are important members of our campus community. We encourage families to participate fully in campus life: cheering on our athletic teams, enjoying concerts and theatre productions, attending lectures, and sharing in such memorable events as Homecoming and Family Weekend.
One important way parents and grandparents can participate is by making an unrestricted gift to The Texas Lutheran Fund (TTLF). The TTLF, serves to strengthen the academic and co-curricular opportunities available to current students.
Revenue from tuition and fees covers just 72 percent of the cost of educating our students, meaning that the amount paid by students and parents each year is less than it takes to operate TLU. A gift to The Texas Lutheran Fund provides the resources that help bridge that gap.
We invite you to join other Bulldog parents and grandparents in making a gift to TLU. Parents and grandparents are also invited to consider leadership gifts that target specific areas of need, such as endowed scholarships, or explore estate or other long-term planned giving in support of TLU.
