TLU to Launch Day of Giving on March 1

Texas Lutheran University will launch its 4th annual Day of Giving on March 1, 2023. Day of Giving is an online giving event that provides an opportunity for Bulldog alumni, faculty, staff, and friends to support eight featured projects that impact student growth and engagement.

The eight projects impact students across campus and encourage innovative thinking, advancement, and student involvement. TLU's Day of Giving runs midnight to midnight on March 1st. Donors are able to support the eight projects as well as student scholarships. This year's projects include:

  • Dramatic Media | Watchout Media Servers
  • Student Needs Pantry
  • Math/Computer Science/Information Systems Student Conference Travel
  • Mariachi Oro y Negro | Dress Our Mariachi Ensemble
  • Cheer & Mascot Lucky
  • Alumni Relations | Campus Signage
  • Nursing | Poverty Simulation
  • Career Services | Career Closet

The online event highlights student initiatives and the opportunities they provide to students inside and outside of the classroom. During Day of Giving, there will be five challenge gift opportunities for donors. TLU encourages alumni, faculty, staff, and friends to make an impact on the students who will impact the world.
