Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Week of Giving: January 18 -22

This Week of Giving is sponsored by the Guadalupe County United Way, the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program, and TLU. The New Braunfels Food Bank is experiencing a shortage in food, money, and volunteers. Please consider making a monetary donation to the NBFB, which supports Guadalupe and Comal counties. The donation of just one dollar will purchase 10 pounds of food!

Listening Session: Tuesday, Jan. 19, 12 - 1:30 p.m.

TLU community members will reflect on the January 6 attack at the U.S. Capitol. This event is open to current TLU students, faculty, and staff only. The Zoom link is available for campus community members on Connect@TLU and the session will be co-facilitated by the Director of the Center for Servant Leadership Morgan Klaser, interim pastor with Campus Ministries Katy Miles-Wallace, Counseling Services Director Dr. Marlene Moriarity, and Political Science Professor Dr. Daniel Braaten.


Inauguration Day Reflection & Prayer: Wednesday, Jan. 20, 10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The TLU Chapel will be available virtually for all who are seeking prayer, reflection, or comfort for our nation on Inauguration Day.
