Texas Lutheran junior outside hitter Jessica Stetler (San Antonio/Churchill) has been named the American Southwest Conference West Division Offensive Player of the Week.
Stetler averaged 4.2 kills over 15 games that resulted in a 3-1 record in conference play. Stetler, who hit .272, also added 64 digs, seven blocks, five service aces and four assists. She had only one error in a sweep of Howard Payne.
Stetler and the Bulldogs (11-3, 8-1 ASC) travel to Abilene for Thursday's division showdown with McMurry. The match begins at 6 p.m. TLU then plays Hardin-Simmons (also in Abilene) at 5 p.m. on Friday.
TLU travels to Alpine, Texas for Saturday's 11 a.m. match with Sul Ross State.
