SAT prep class coming in time for Nov. 1 test

SEGUIN – The Center for Professional Development (CPD) at Texas Lutheran University will offer the next SAT Preparation course starting Oct.4 in time for students who will take the Nov. 1 examination. The course includes the mathematics, verbal, and test-taking skills needed for success on the test.

The SAT Preparation course offered for high school juniors and seniors by CPD is six two-hour class meetings from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes are held in Tschoepe Hall Room 102 on the campus of Texas Lutheran University at 1000 W. Court Street in Seguin. The cost of $130 includes the test preparation book.

The CPD will offer the SAT Preparation course before each exam date between now and June 2009. More information and an enrollment form are available at www.tlu.edu/cpd or by calling 830-372-8047.
