TLU to offer first SAT prep class

SEGUIN – It’s not too late for high school students to get ready for the Oct. 6 SAT.
The Center for Professional Development at Texas Lutheran University will offer its first SAT Preparation course of this academic year beginning Sept. 17. . The course includes the mathematics, verbal and test-taking skills needed for success on the test.
High school juniors and seniors can attend six two-hour class meetings from 6-8 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. Classes are held in Tschoepe Hall Room 102 on the campus of Texas Lutheran University at 1000 W. Court Street in Seguin. The cost of $130 includes the test preparation book.
TLU will offer the SAT Preparation course seven times between now and June 2008. More information and an enrollment form are available at www.tlu.edu/cpd or by calling 830-372-8047.
