TLU Admissions Extends Deposit Deadline to June 1

The Office of Admissions is aware many prospective students may still not feel ready to make a final decision just yet or submit an enrollment deposit. That’s why TLU is extending the deposit deadline from May 1 to June 1, so more students and families have the flexibility they need. Our admissions staff also understands the challenges and uncertainty of this past year. So, whether a student is ready to submit their deposit today or by June 1, our staff wants to reassure prospective students and parents that they are right where they need to be.

If students are ready to submit their deposits and confirm their enrollment they may do so on their Student Status Page apply.tlu.edu/status.

The admissions team knows there is a lot that goes into making a decision regarding college and this has been the hardest year ever for students to decide where they want to attend. While students might still be deciding, TLU recognizes it's important for student and parents to have information about plans for Fall 2021

Our campus is very excited that this fall semester will look and feel much more like a traditional college experience. With approximately 90 percent of our classes in-person, residence halls at double occupancy, and activities and events scheduled, the university plans to welcome new students in a way that will feel much different than the year we’ve all experienced. TLU will do all of this with the current health and safety guidelines and procedures in place – the same procedures that have allowed the university to safely offer more than half of classes in-person during the Spring 2021 semester.

If students haven't visited campus yet, the Office of Admissions strongly encourages them to go to tlu.edu/visit and schedule an in-person visit session and golf cart campus tour. The best way to see if TLU is the right college for them is to meet current students and get a feel for campus.
