TLU offers Real Estate Electives for Current and Prospective Agents

SEGUIN – The Center for Professional Development at Texas Lutheran University is offering two elective courses to meet pre-licensing and renewal requirements: Real Estate Law, Feb. 2-12, and Property Management, Feb. 23-Mar. 12.

The classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday, 6-10 p.m., at Tschoepe Hall located on the TLU campus. Classes will be taught by real estate veteran John Whitworth, a certified real estate instructor (CREI).  Texas Lutheran University is an official Texas Real Estate Commission provider.

The cost for each class ($130 for Property Management and $150 for Real Estate Law) includes tuition, required textbooks, and materials. Payments may be made by check, cash, or credit card at the Center for Professional Development office, Tschoepe Hall, Room 125.
