Facility Services

The Facility Services department manages and maintains the physical environments of campus buildings, ensuring that all spaces are safe, functional, and comfortable for occupants. The department oversees daily building operations, coordinates repairs, handles compliance, and optimizes space to support the university’s goals. It also manages the landscaping and maintenance of TLU’s 184 park-like acres.
