Whether it’s through career fairs we host during the academic year or special events organized with specific industries, TLU is committed to developing and fostering meaningful relationships with the numerous businesses in our ever-growing area.
Throughout the year, we work directly with employers, graduate schools, and nonprofits to host on-campus recruiting events to match your needs with the talents and career goals of TLU students.
Showcase Your Company
Schedule an Employer Spotlight with our Office of Career Development to visit with students directly about opportunities at your company.
The purpose of the Employer Spotlight is to give employers the chance to meet with students. Recruiters who sign up can set up a table in our Alumni Student Center (ASC) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Tabling in the ASC puts you right in the middle of the most popular part of campus to talk with students face-to-face! Once you reserve a time (two weeks in advance) and room reservations have been made, your scheduled date and job postings are publicized through our careers platform, Handshake, where students and alumni can see when you will be on campus to discuss job and internship opportunities.

Handshake is a platform that connects college students with top employers, opening doors to career opportunities.
Employers can quickly and easily post jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities, choose to receive online applications directly from the system with current resumes attached, sign up to participate in career fairs, and much more.
Career Fairs & On-Campus Interviews
Gain visibility and get to know students and alumni at one of our Career Services-sponsored events or fairs publicized through Handshake. We will make all the arrangements to showcase your organization and speak with students about open positions and your application process. Holding on-campus interviews is another efficient and effective way to meet with students and alumni. On-campus interviewing is available by request.
