Students have various opportunities to stay fit, have fun, and meet new people through intramural sports.
Jones Complex
The Jones Complex houses basketball courts, racquetball courts, volleyball courts, aerobic fitness space, and a functional training room. The complex is open for student use during the evenings when not reserved for collegiate sports. Tennis courts, a 1 KM walking/jogging track, and lighted sand volleyball courts are also available.
Grossman Fitness Center
A 13,000-square-foot fitness center with treadmills, bikes, and elliptical machines, as well as Life Fitness weight machines and a large free weight area is available from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. most days of the week. Zumba, tabata, yoga, and other fitness classes are offered throughout the week. Campus recreation often hosts fitness challenges during the year to help students, faculty, and staff kickstart their New Year’s resolutions or get into a healthy routine.
