You won’t want to miss the Mardi Gras Celebration at Homecoming 2007. A fun-filled weekend will kick off on Friday with a special chapel service, the President’s Brunch for the Golden Group, and the 42nd Annual Homecoming Golf Tournament. Friday night’s TLU Salutes Banquet will once again pay tribute to a number of honorees. The Coronation ceremony will take place in Jackson Park on Friday night, and later that evening, all alumni are invited to the Varsity Inn on Court Street to gather with classmates and friends.

Saturday morning starts early with the annual Bulldog 5K / 1K Run / Walk.  Saturday will feature more reunions and the Reunion Lunch will once again feature hamburgers at Jackson Park, where our special reunion groups – band and baseball – will have an opportunity to catch up. Families are encouraged to attend as the games and rides on Bulldog alley will offer something challenging and entertaining to do. The TLU Bulldog football team will take the field after lunch.  At 6 p.m. longtime baseball coach and current athletic director Bill Miller will be honored at the Bill Miller Celebration dinner.  All current and former players as well as those who wish to celebrate his 15 years of success as TLU’s head baseball coach, are invited to attend. Finally, an All TLU Reunion party is slated for the Student Activity Center at Jackson Park beginning at 7 p.m.
