Bulldog Fitness Classes Resume Sept. 28

Join student trainers for a variety of fitness classes in Bulldog Gym (Aerobics Room at the Jones Complex). The schedule includes:

  1. Strength training on Monday 4-5 PM
  2. Pilates on Wednesday 3-4 PM
  3. Step/Cardio on Thursday 3-4 PM
  4. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on Sunday 6-7 PM

Classes are open to faculty, staff, and students, but spots are limited to6 people for each class. Reservations are available 24 hours prior to each class on and can be found under Bulldog Gym in the schedule. Masks are required during indoor workouts, and you must present your #CampusClear daily screening before class. You may bring your own exercise mat.
