Full-Time Visiting Position in Chemistry

Texas Lutheran University invites applications for a one-year visiting position in Chemistry to begin August 2022. This position will be responsible for the instruction of courses in physical chemistry, as well as freshman chemistry lectures and labs. The rank of the position will be commensurate with education level/experience.

Requirements for this position include:

  • M.S. or ABD in Chemistry, Ph.D. in Chemistry preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Physical and/or Physical Inorganic chemistry
  • Commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching undergraduate chemistry
  • Commitment and ability to work collegially with other faculty members and staff in the department and across campus
  • Understanding and support of the mission of Texas Lutheran University
