Still Learning from Texas Lutheran 25 Years Later In this First Person piece, Billy (Mark William) Rotter '86 writes about his experiences at TLU - from lessons about life learned from his psychology professors to living with a roommate who was dying of cancer. He says he is still learning from those experiences and through them has established a non-profit organization that raises money to help children with cancer and their families. He has combined his love of art and cowboy boots to organize a new event for the charity.
