Julia Mellenbruch – Maestra de Español
Ever since she was a child, Julia (Klattenhoff) Mellenbruch ’35 wanted to be a teacher. She “play taught” her younger sisters and a Sunday School class, and so there was no doubt that she would become an educator – and also no surprise that her specialty would be foreign languages.

The Roadmap to Retirement

"I can’t wait to retire!”

Following in the footsteps of greatness

The phone hasn’t stopped ringing in Dennis Parker’s office since the new coach of the Bulldog football team arrived on campus. Parker has two phones – a cell phone and his office phone – on his desk. And if you sit in his office for a minimum of five minutes, he’ll likely have used both phones at least once.
