On-Campus Recruiting
Texas Lutheran University is an exciting place and is the academic home to exciting students. We are a community of 1,370 students who major in varied subject areas, receiving degrees in business administration, the sciences, music and liberal arts. We graduate about 250 students per year and our students and graduates look for internship, summer, and permanent employment in Texas and all over the world. We would like for you to join the list of employers who hire our students and graduates.
There are many ways which an employer may work with our office to meet their recruitment needs. Here are some possibilities:

Informational/Recruitment BoothsEmployers are welcome to set up an informational booth in our Alumni Student Center. This Center provides high volumes of student traffic to recruiter booths. Booths are allowed on any day open for on-campus recruitment.
InterviewingYou may interview students on campus on any day open for on-campus recruitment for your vacancies. Please give Career Services at least 2 weeks notice to allow time for us to advertise and successfully fill your interview schedule.
Information SessionsMany employers sponsor an information session the day or evening before on-campus interviews are held. These sessions are designed to informally introduce the student to the company, allow questions about the company to be asked by the student, and provide a mechanism for the student and employer to "get to know each other" on an informal basis. We can possibly arrange for employers to meet with student groups, and in special cases, classroom presentations.
Posting Job OpeningsEmployers who wish to post job vacancies for permanent, full time, part time, internship or summer positions should register on our primary on-line
résumé/job exchange system. You will have the opportunity to post and monitor your positions, and view résumés posted by TLU students seeking your positions. Or if you prefer, you may contact our office to receive the more traditional résumé referral through which student résumés can be emailed to you at your request.
