Topics discussed concerning Hein Dining Hall:
- There
had been concerns over the steaks on steak night not being as good as they
had in the past. Chef informed the
committee that we are now using a different steak.

much since her accident. The staff
has stepped up to help her through the line with her food and other
items. Kudo’s to our Hein Staff!
- Matthew

two days apart. Chef has this item
at least once a week due to the students request and also a large group

offered now at the deli station is really a good option to have.
- The
night that we baked the warm cookies and took them out to the
students in the dining room was a
success. They wanted to know when
we will be doing that again.
- Someone
had asked the Chef when we were going to have Sushi Night again. His plan is next semester for that.
Lana Urbanak discussed the Cyber Café with the
committee. The Cyber Café is still in
the planning stages. Some students had
concerns with the noise in the library if the café was added there. The committee has gone to visit other schools
such as TCU and Trinity that has a coffee bar.
