Notice of Availability of Annual Security & Fire Safety Report

This notice is being sent in compliance with the Campus Security Act Title 34, Volume III CFR 668.41. The Texas Lutheran Campus Security Report is providing you with a copy of the 2011 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report containing information about the university's policies related to fire safety and statistics, campus security and law enforcement as they relate to sexual offenses, liquor law violations, and controlled substance offenses.

This report is published each year and includes descriptions of campus crime prevention programs, procedures for reporting crimes on campus, and information about the number and frequency of crimes reported to the University Police Department over the last three years.

The Texas Lutheran Campus Security Report is available at no charge and can be picked up at the Bubble or at the Police Department. It is also available on the University’s Web site under Campus Safety.

Crime Stats are posted in compliance with DOE Section 668.46 , Texas Lutheran University Policies and procedures for Student Right to Know and Reporting Criminal Offenses.
