CAL Loan - There are limited funds available in the CAL loan program. The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) must approve the loan and TLU must certify your eligibility before the loan may be disbursed. Please note: Once you have completed the application online, you must print the application and submit a signed copy to THECB. TLU will be notified electronically once your loans is approved.
