To prepare your final list
- Logged on to NoodleBib, click "My Lists."

- Under "Formatting Options," click the "Page Header" and enter your last name.
- For the draft copy of your list while you are preparing your project, you will want to include "citations AND annotations." However, you may need to edit this option to include citations only if that is your professor's instruction. Editing the options has no effect on what you have entered in NoodleBib when you created the citation.
- When ready to prepare the final list, click "Export and Print."
- If you get the "Information Bar" prompt, click OK.
- On the next screen, select the "click here" link.

- At the "Download Complete" prompt, click OPEN FOLDER and take note of the pathway so you can navigate to it later.
- Double-click the file to open it.
- With NoodleBib open, proof-read your final file. If you see a citation amiss, correct it in NoodleBib. Then, repeat the above steps to Export and Print.
- To append your final list to the end of a written paper, create a Page Break at the end of the last line in your paper, which will create a blank page. In the NoodleBib file, SELECT ALL text (Ctrl-A), then "copy" (Ctrl-C) and "paste" (Ctrl-V) onto the blank page you created in your paper. Now, the page numbers for your list will be in proper sequence.
