7. Subject Areas
Some databases are general or interdisciplinary in coverage. Other databases cover a specific discipline such as engineering, art, science, etc.

- MasterFILE Premier: Provides full text for nearly 1,880 periodicals covering nearly all subjects including general reference, business, health, etc.
- Facts on File: Brings together complete content from the Facts On File World News Digest since 1940 and selected content from six other core reference databases
