10. Availability of Materials
It is also important to consider availability when searching databases. The Blumberg library will not own all the items included in a database.
- If you need the materials right away, select a full-text database, or a bibliographic database which includes a high percentage of materials owned by your library. Ask a librarian for suggestions!
- If you have more time, you can use a more comprehensive database that may include a higher percentage of materials not owned by your library. These items can be ordered through Interlibrary Loan Service, or ILL.
