Technical Analyst - Information Technology
Texas Lutheran University seeks an experienced professional for the position of Technical Analyst in the department of Information Technology.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of related work experience in an enterprise environment.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Windows server operating system environments and applications (such as SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange).
- Technical familiarity in UNIX operation system environments and applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Good sense of judgement.
- Willingness to periodically work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Understanding of and appreciation for the mission of a church-related university
This position will provide technical analysis and support for University technology infrastructure and administrative software applications. Successful candidate will assist the Director of Information Technology and the Lead Analyst in defining user requirements for automated information and support of the Jenzabar EX ERP system. The ability to perform a wide variety of duties involving general knowledge of information technology solutions will be a key factor in select process.
