• Thomas Pickering Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellowships - Available for students with an 3.2 undergraduate CGPA or higher, who are interested in becoming a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State.  Applicants must begin their master's program in a related field in the fall of 2010.  Undergraduate fellowships are also available.  Deadline:  February 5, 2010
• Kenneth H. Ashworth Fellowship - $2,000 scholarship awarded to students based on academic ability and promise, career plans and individual qualifications.  Emphasis is placed on leadership and communication skills.  See Office of Financial Aid for application.  Deadline:  February 22, 2010
• Emma Freeman Memorial Scholarship - awarded to current or incoming students who are legally blind, with a 2.5 GPA or higher.  Deadline:  March 15, 2010
• Charles, Lela and Mary Slough Foundation Scholarship - $5,000 per year available to students who are U.S. citizens and Texas residents, and who have a 3.0 GPA or higher.  Deadline:  March 29, 2010
• US Bank Scholarship - $1,000 awarded to students through a random drawing process.  Deadline:  March 2010
• American Institute of CPAs Scholarships - Several scholarship opportunities fnr accounting and business students.  Deadline:  March 15, 2010 - April 1, 2010
• Bethesda Lutheran Communities Scholarship - $3,000 awarded to Lutheran students (currently sophomores or juniors) preparing for careers in the field of developmental disabilities.  See Office of Financial Aid for application.  Deadline:  April 15, 2010
• John Gyles Education Awards - Up to $3,000 awarded to students in both Canada and the U.S. with a minimum GPA of 3.0.  Deadline:  May 1, 2010
• Abbott & Fenner Scholarship - $1,000 awarded to essay contest winner.  Deadline:  June 19, 2010
• Big Sun Scholarship - $500 awarded to a high school senior or current college student currently involved in a sport at that institution or in the community.  Deadline:  June 24, 2010
• DegreeDirectory.org Academic Business Scholarship - $1,000 awarded to students pursuing business related degrees.  Deadline:  April 1, 2010
• Postdoctoral and Senior Research Associateship Programs - Annual stipends up to $75,000 awarded to graduate students for research in the fields of chemistry; earth, atmospheric and space sciences; engineering, applied sciences and computer science; life and medical sciences; mathematics; and physics.  Deadline:  February 1, 2010; May 1, 2010; August 1, 2010; November 1, 2010
• College Greek Books Scholarships - $500 awarded each month (August 2009 through July 2010) to students enrolled in a college or university that has a greek social setting.  Must have a 2.0 CGPA.  Deadline:  6th day of each month
