The Moving Pictures Project, Featuring NLE by Guillermo Herrera

September 8, 2017 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM   |   Location: Weston Center Studio Theatre

In the game of anonymous hacking and political destruction, there are no friends or heroes — only sociopaths, mutually-beneficial acquaintances, and the mandate that there be “NLE” or “no loose ends.” This original short film, written by TLU student Guillermo Herrera, was developed and produced as part of an annual initiative to create a film/media project. It continues our commitment to film production and collaboration between students, faculty members, and regional professional artists.

"NLE" will serve as the inaugural cinematic premiere at The Studio Theatre, and will be followed by a panel discussion on film production. It will feature the perspective of Jeremy Ward, professional editor of "NLE" and of documentary films featuring Richard Linklater and Quentin Tarantino.

Mr. Ward’s contributions were funded by the Jessie S. and Jack Harold Upton Brown Cultural Enrichment Endowment.
