Professor Ameila Koford: "Fake News and Filter Bubbles: Navigating the Information Landscape"

The Dr. Deborah Hettinger Alumni Faculty Lecture Series features live webinar-style lectures from TLU faculty, alumni, and staff about specialized topics. The series began in 2011 and has included lectures from Dr. Oekerman (Reading to Your Children: It is never too early to start!), Dr. Squires (The Role of Exercise in Metabolic Syndrome Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes), Dr. Jonas (Disease of the Week), Dr. McClusky (Astronomy, the Universe, and Faith; thoughts from a Lutheran Scientist), Dr. Phil Ruge-Jones (Performing Mark's Passion Story), and many others.

All lectures begin promptly at 12 p.m. and last a minimum of 25 minutes, while others may last 45 minutes. Don't be afraid to join even if you're late!
