How to Learn MS Excel
If you are interested in becoming a Certified Microsoft Excel Specialist but have not yet acquired the knowledge and skills to pass the exam, there are several ways you can learn how to use MS Excel.
MS Excel Training Exam
If you have many of the required skills or only need a refresher, consider completing the MS Excel Exam Preparation available through TLU in the "training" mode. As you work on each of the 50 sets of tasks, you can decide to complete it independently, complete it by following step-by-step instructions, or complete it after doing an interactive Microsoft tutorial on the task(s). You will be able to identify the skill areas where you need to do additional preparation, if any, through one of the means outlined below.
Online Courses through TLU’s Center for Professional Development
In collaboration with Ed2Go, these six-week courses include expert instructors and are offered entirely online. These courses earn continuing education units (CEU), not academic credit. Click on the course to learn more about it. Each course is $102.
Microsoft E-Learning Course
If you can learn independently without an instructor, a Microsoft E-Learning Course may be an effective way for you to learn at your own pace and on your own schedule.
This course has been certified as Microsoft Office Specialist Approved Courseware and covers all exam skill standards.
Audience: Home and Office Users; price: $29.99.
