INSTITUTE MATERIALS

All sessions include instructional materials and packets/manuals prepared by The College Board and the consultants. Book companies typically have been very generous in sending textbooks to be distributed during the institutes. Other materials needed for each course are noted in the course descriptions. TLU will provide a vertical team guide for each Pre-AP participant.

 SCHEDULE

Meeting times are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday with a break for lunch served at Hein Dining Hall on campus. (Lunch is included in the Institute cost.) On Friday, classes end at noon with the awarding of certificates. For a tentative schedule of each day's activities for the week, click here.

BREAKS AND LUNCHES
 Breaks and lunches are included with the workshop. We will provide TLU’s Sodexho food services and our break caterer with the special dietary needs and requests of our participants as indicated on your enrollment form.

CLOTHING AND CLIMATE

Feel free to dress casually and comfortably for class sessions. The temperature in Seguin in the summer can be quite hot; however all of our classrooms are air-conditioned. Therefore, we suggest that you bring a sweater or light jacket.
