ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Enrollment is open. 

1. To enroll, complete the online enrollment application. Follow the online instructions to submit your enrollment information electronically.
2. Your online enrollment form must indicate your method of payment: purchase order from your school, personal check, money order, or credit card.
3. Within two weeks of your online enrollment, TLU must receive your payment or your purchase order.
4. Complete and print the form available online to accompany your payment. You may submit payment in one of the following ways:
   1. Mail or fax your school’s purchase order
   2. Mail a personal check
   3. Mail a money order
   4. Mail or fax your credit card information
5. All credit card and personal payment information must be validated before the registration is complete.
6. E-mail notifications are sent in the summer months to update participants, so it is imperative that you provide an accurate year-round e-mail address for our use. All confirmation information will be sent electronically to that e-mail address.
