Customized Training
The Center for Professional Development at Texas Lutheran University customizes training in response to requests from the community to address a need in a corporate or community setting that requires tailored teaching topics. The focus of the Center is on advancing the educational interests of students and professionals in the workplace. Courses will be added to the curriculum based on requests from disciplines, organizations, corporations, and businesses.
Faculty, staff, and consultants will design a course or a program that meets your organization's unique and specific employee development needs.

The Center draws on the resources across the TLU faculty and staff as well as experienced professional in the community to design and deliver training in a wide array of topics. In the past, the Center has delivered training in the following areas:
