B.A. in Music (studied with Christian Teal), Vanderbilt University

M.A. in Violin Performance (studied with Sandy Yamamoto), the Univeristy of Texas at Austin 


She has performed with the Nashville Symphony and Chattanooga Symphony, taught at Belmont University’s Belmont Academy, and was an active studio musician playing on several soundtracks for Sony Playstation, Sega, and Warner Brothers.She also worked with the Miro Quartet, David Kim, and Menahem Pressler. An avid teacher of all ages and levels, she currently has a private violin studio of over twenty students. She is on faculty at Austin Chamber Music Center, and leads sectionals at several high schools. Her students have participated in Region orchestras, Austin Youth Orchestra, and State and Region UIL solo and ensemble. She is an active performer and teacher currently living in Austin, Texas. She serves as Principal Second Violin of Austin Lyric Opera and joined the First Violin section of the Austin Symphony in 2015. She has also performed with Michael Buble, the Trans-Siberian Orchesta, and Michael W. Smith.
