If you lose your card... - Be sure to report all lost cards immediately to either the Business Office, the Bookstore, Hein Dining Hall or Lucky’s Kennel. You will not be responsible for any amount charged to your account after you notify one of these offices and complete the Lost ID Card Form.

Refunds... - Bulldog Bucks are not refundable until graduation or withdrawal from the university. At that time, the remaining balance of the account, minus a $5 processing fee, will be refunded. Refunds are processed through the Business Office.
