Texas Lutheran senior student-athlete Ty Palmer (Kerrville/Tivy) is the male recipient of the 2008-09 American Southwest Conference Fred Jacoby Sportsmanship Award, the conference office announced on Tuesday after a vote of the league’s directors of athletics.
