SEGUIN, Texas – Texas Lutheran baseball outfielder Ryan Nokelby has been named to the 2008-09 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VI Second Team for the college division.

Nokelby, a junior physics member from Santa Fe, Texas, is on the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VI Team for a second consecutive year. Nokelby was a First Team selection for the 2007-08 academic year. He holds a 3.69 grade point average.

Nokelby was selected to the Academic All-District VI Second Team in the college division, which consists of colleges and universities in NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and the NAIA. District VI includes the six states of Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Mississippi.
