TLU Awards Program
TLU invites nominations for the university's five honorary awards and for the TLU Athletics Wall of Honor.
The honorary awards are: - Distinguished Alumni – presented to alumni who have established an outstanding record for themselves.
- Distinguished Church Service – presented to either clergy or laity who have provided outstanding service to the church.
- Distinguished Community Service Award – given to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service to their local community.
- Distinguished Service Award – given to individuals who have provided outstanding service to their nation, state, or to TLU.
- Outstanding Young Graduate Award – presented to alumni who have graduated within the past 15 years and who have achieved success in their profession and/or who have made outstanding contributions to their community or church.
The TLU Athletics Wall of Honor recognizes alumni whose athletic performance at TLU was clearly outstanding and who lettered in one or more sports. Alums will not be considered until 10 years after he or she has graduated. A coach or athletic director is eligible upon retirement or five years after he or she has left TLU.
