Schedule Your Individual Visit
Interested in a more personalized college visit experience?
We can tailor a visit to YOU!
Campus visits and tours are an important part of your college search process because it's the best way to get a feel for the campus community. We strongly encourage you to visit and talk to current students, professors and admissions counselors to find out if TLU is right for you.
The TLU Office of Admissions is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with campus tours offered Monday through Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. as well as select Saturdays.
Our office is also open during the week for students who want to have a one-on-one campus visit tailored to their area of interest. Once here, you’ll have the chance to meet with an admissions counselor, attend a class, interact with current students and professors, meet with coaches and enjoy lunch in our Hein Dining Hall.

College Visit Days
College visit days, called Dog Days at TLU, are scheduled a few times throughout the academic year and provide prospective students with a social and interactive visit experience. You’ll join your potential fellow classmates for a campus tour, information sessions, forums with professors and current students, lunch, and top off the day learning more about majors and programs in your area of interest.
TLU also has special visit days centered around your area of interest. The Office of Admissions teams up with the faculty in an academic major to offer an immersive experience in that program. In addition to the typical campus tour and meeting with admissions counselor, students also may be able to sit in on a class or special presentation about the major, experience a day in the life of a student, talk to faculty and students, and even attend an event showcasing students’ skills. Check your major's Academic Program webpage for upcoming visit events or ask your admissions counselor.
