HAPPY MOLE DAY!!!!

Oct. 23 is an international chemistry celebration of the mole and Avagadro's number (6.02 X 10²³)

The Pi Rho ACS Student Affiliate celebrated with a "Periodic Table of Cupcakes" and Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream.

TRIP TO DOW CHEMICAL

The chemistry faculty accompanied several students to the DOW chemical plant in Freeport, TX.
We were treated to a tour of the polyurethane division and a talk by TLU students Derek Royer and Tim Vinciguerra
