The First Year Academic Experience

The first year as a university student is a significant and exciting transition. Filled with countless new decisions and a healthy helping of change, the freshman year can present unique challenges. Student success is the goal of Texas  Lutheran University, and the university provides support of first year students through courses, structured programming, and assigning faculty and students to provide support when needed.
